1. Supplement Product Regulations in Indonesia

Under Indonesian consumer protection law (specifically regulations governing supplement and dietary product sales), dietary supplement products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, even if unopened or unused. This is due to food safety regulations and the nature of consumable products.

Supplements and dietary products fall under food product classification, not pharmaceutical or medicinal goods. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions or contamination-free status, making resale impossible.

2. No Return Policy

For the reasons outlined above, Pority does NOT accept returns of dietary supplement products. Once a product is purchased and received, it is final. No exceptions apply regardless of:

  • Product condition (sealed, unopened, or used)
  • Customer satisfaction level
  • Change of mind
  • Product quality concerns
  • Damaged or defective packaging

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that appears damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage:

  • Photo of product packaging exterior showing damage
  • Photo of product interior showing damage or defect
  • Description of the issue
  • Your order number and purchase date

We will assess the damage claim and may:

  • Offer a replacement product in exchange (subject to availability)
  • Provide store credit toward a future purchase
  • Issue a refund at our sole discretion if replacement is impossible

Damaged product claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be honored.

4. Expired or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Expired (past the "Best By" date printed on packaging)
  • Incorrect product compared to your order
  • Wrong quantity

Contact us immediately with order details and photos of the issue. Replacement or refund will be processed based on the specific circumstance and our discretionary judgment.

5. Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects

If you experience an allergic reaction, adverse effect, or health concern after consuming a product, we recommend:

  • Seek medical attention immediately if severe
  • Stop consuming the product immediately
  • Contact a healthcare provider or poison control if needed
  • Save the product packaging with batch/lot number

Once medical attention has been provided, you may contact us to report the issue. We will:

  • Document your report
  • Review product batch information
  • Escalate to manufacturer if manufacturing defect is suspected

Pority does not provide medical advice or confirm causation between product use and health effects. Your healthcare provider should make medical determinations. We cannot issue refunds based solely on reported adverse effects without documented medical evidence and investigation.

6. Legal Basis for No Return Policy

This policy complies with Indonesian Law No. 36 of 1999 concerning Health (Undang-Undang Kesehatan), which regulates food and supplement products. Under these regulations, consumable products cannot be resold once released from manufacturer custody due to food safety standards.

7. Non-Refundable Purchases

ALL purchases through Pority are non-refundable. This includes:

  • All dietary supplement products
  • All orders regardless of quantity or price
  • All items including bulk purchases

To avoid purchase regret, we recommend:

  • Review product descriptions thoroughly before purchase
  • Check all ingredients on label descriptions
  • Verify format (capsule, powder, tablet, bar) matches your preference
  • Confirm quantity and package size
